MY FINAL BIONICLE...

So my final BIONICLE comic, issue 15, is currently flying around the globe (apart from here in Britain--no idea why)!

Obviously it's pretty sad for me, but there's no need to repeat what I said that earlier post and whine like a 6 year old girl. I think I finished my run with a nice looking issue, so here's a selection of my favourite pages --for maximum enjoyment I recommend sitting back in a comfy armchair with an ice cool McDonald's strawberry milkshake and a jacket potato...
Enjoy!

(EDIT: As requested, I've added the splash page of Mata Nui rising to this post.)

This is a beautiful tribute you've done all of us in the Bionicle community. This issue is the culmination of eight years of story, and frankly, I think you exceeded expectations in all regards. My only regret is that Krika couldn't have featured more, but that is an issue I have with the writer, not your wonderful work. Bravo, and thank you for your time with us.

Thanks again guys.
Yeah, Greg filled me in about what a big deal this issue was for Bionicle fans. I'm made up I was the one to draw it. Just don't forget all about me when the next guy comes along!

Take care

It'll be sad to see you go, you've done an AMAZING job with this year's comics. I really hope the next artist draws like you do. =P

Those pages are simply awesome, though I kinda wish you put up a few more, especially the page of Mata Nui rising. With you going away, any souvenirs of your awesomeness would, I'm sure, be greatly appreciated by your many fans.

Agreed. The picture of Mata Nui rising from the ocean was, alongside the Ignika sacrifice and space pic, the most epic one you've ever drawn.

Plus, Mata Nui looks way better in this comic than he does in your poster -- no offense. =P

I really prefer these b/w versions to the final comic, since I don't care much for the current colorist... any chance you could share the Mata Nui Rising pic with us? =D

What? 9 pages aren't enough????
Well guys, your wish is my command--I've added the Mata Nui pic to this post...

Thanks!

Thanks for adding the pic! One quick note, though, you missed making the picture here a link to the big one: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_2EqT10snRew/SQ7MBDOfiRI/AAAAAAAAATc/bVW1riTXJuA/s1600-h/BIO15+PAGE12.jpg

LEGO CLUB MAGAZINE just hit my mailbox today :) I almost ripped the poor comic, due the the crappy stick stuff LEGO uses instead of bagging the magazine and comic. Anyways, as always the comic is far better up close than in the scans. Now, I'm really awaiting the BRICKMASTER and the poster... (if patience is a virtue, then I'm in for it :P )

Greg--Arrrgh....I've probably got a long time to wait till I get my copies! But made up you like it man!

Alan--glad you like the storm/vortex/tornado thingamie. I actually jumped into a storm/vortex/tornado thingamie especially just to get the feeling just right....maybe...

Eugene--thank you sir, though once the new guy starts, you'll probably all just think back on me as the less attractive,ex- girlfriend...

No need to call me sir...it makes me feel older...and yet have an attractive girlfriend...
